WHAT WE DO
We help business owners take their companies, careers and lives to the next level by using the extraordinary tools of an ESOP and ownership culture.
EXIT & SUCCESSION PLANNING
Use an ESOP to sell all or part of your ownership shares and get cash, tax-deferred or tax free, without giving up control. Hands down the best way to sell a business and create a succession plan on your own terms.
HIGH-ENGAGEMENT OWNERSHIP CULTURE DEVELOPMENT
We implement best practices in leadership development, high-engagement planning and operations, and ownership culture to create next-generation, worker-owned enterprises that outperform conventional companies in every way, including profitability, growth and employee retention.
BRIDGE CAPITAL & BUSINESS ACCELERATOR
Through the Infinity Point CDFI we provide no-hassle financial capital and business accelerator services to help business owners transform privately-held companies into high-performing worker-owned enterprises.
